We are not set up for local pickup at this time.
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
We try to keep the rates as reasonable as possible, and you should receive your package in about 2-5 days. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.

Note: These S&H rates apply to orders shipped within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our spices and blends and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will replace or refund your purchase. We will pay for return shipping and refund shipping charges only if there was an error on our part.
The following conditions also apply:
- If you order an item and then refuse the package, you will be charged the postage or delivery charge.
- Items that are damaged or lost in delivery will be replaced ONLY, not refunded. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. There are no exceptions to this rule. If an item arrives broken or is lost, we will replace it no-charge. You acknowledge by ordering that this is the agreement.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
